1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of the services provided by ARST Data (a brand of ARSTDATA LABS SL) through arstdata.com and its subdomains.

By creating an account or using the services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What we offer

ARST Data provides data intelligence tools and predictive models for professionals in the automotive, insurance, and finance sectors. Our main services are:

• RV Model: residual value valuation for vehicles using machine learning, available across 13 EU markets.
• Market Intelligence: analytical dashboards with real-time market data.
• Data Feeds and API: programmatic access to normalized data (subject to the plan contracted).

3. Registration and account

Access to most services requires creating an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.

ARST Data reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or make abusive use of the service.

4. Credit system and payments

Some services consume credits. Each action has a credit cost shown in the interface (for example: 1 credit per individual valuation, 1 credit per forecast).

• Credits are personal, non-transferable, and have no monetary value outside the platform.
• Unused credits do not expire while the account remains active.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. ARST Data does not store card data.
• Credits are purchased as one-off packs; there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. You can buy additional packs whenever you need them from your profile.

No refunds are issued for credits already consumed. For unused credits purchased by mistake, contact us within 14 days of the purchase.

5. Intellectual property

All ARST Data content (models, algorithms, processed data, text, design, and source code) is the exclusive property of ARST Data or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express written authorization is prohibited.

Valuations and outputs generated by the models are for the user's internal use. They may not be resold or published as a primary source without crediting ARST Data.

6. Limitation of liability

ARST Data's models and data are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. ARST Data is not liable for decisions made based on the platform's data or models.

ARST Data does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service nor the absolute accuracy of third-party data ingested into the models.

7. Acceptable use

The following is prohibited:

• Automated scraping or bulk access to the API without authorization.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or breach system security.
• Using the service for illegal activities or to the detriment of third parties.
• Reselling or sublicensing access to the service.

8. Changes to the service

ARST Data may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time, notifying users at least 30 days in advance in the case of significant changes affecting paid services.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect 15 days after publication. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
